My condolences to Auntie Miyo, Brian and Dina. Uncle Wiley and his family hold great and fond memories for me. As a boy, with my Dad (Burton) and three sisters, we spent many a weekend day and July 4th holiday at their house in Mountain View – eating delicious food, playing ping pong and basketball, and riding bikes with Brian and Dina. And…when it got dark fireworks! As big a pain as I was, Uncle Wiley and Auntie Miyo never belied what only could have been frustration at this kid running wild all over the place. As a boy, visiting their family was something I always wished would happen, looked forward to when we were, and loved it when I was there… I won’t forget you or your family, Uncle Wiley. Todd Lee

To Miyo. Brian and Dina, What a wonderful Wiley was. A kind and sincere person who always had a kind words to says whenever we met. Wiley was one of “The Three Musketeer” we called ourselves during our youth while living in Chinatown. We grew up together and went to the same school, including high school. A very instrumental person in organized an annual get together for the former classmate of Francisco Jr. high. A wonderful family man who loved to travel and enjoyed time with his family. I worked closely with Wiley for about 5 years and I can say that he was a gracious, likeable man. We enjoyed discovering different restaurants for lunch and I remember one time he said he had a great place for crispy chicken. We went there and he was right! Wiley and I enjoyed the food and our conversations about all things in general. My remembrance of him was always pleasant, always smiling and always ready to help when our projects were coming up against the deadline. Since I retired and moved away from the Bay Area we only communicated by email. I will miss him and his entertaining emails. Rest in peace, Wiley.
