Virginia M. Ramos' Obituary
Long time San Carlos resident Virginia Ramos passed away at Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City on Tuesday, December 28th with her loved ones at her side. She was 83 years old. She was born to Gertrude & George Chaubin on November 10, 1927. She was an only child.She married Frank Ramos in 1946 and started a family in San Francisco. After living in the City for 9 years they moved their growing family to San Carlos and it remained their home. Virginia enjoyed spending time cooking and baking she was inspiration to her family and friends. Taking in the panoramic views of their Lake Tahoe cabin was one of her favorite pastimes.She is survived by her husband Frank of 64 years; her children: Linda Turner of Millbrae, Mark of Hanford, Jim of San Carlos, Greg of Redwood City and Frank Jr. of San Carlos; daughter-in-laws: Nannette and Debra; her grandchildren: Lauren Guthery, William Turner, Jessica Ducey, Mathew Ramos and Michael Ramos; great-grandchildren: Ashley Turner, Lindsay Guthery and Owen Turner. She was predeceased by her son John and daughter-in-law Geri. Services will be held Skylawn Memorial Park on Thursday January 6th at 10:00 am.
