We honor our colleague and friend, Varun—a person whose presence made our work stronger and our days brighter.
Varun led with quiet courage. He didn’t just tackle hard problems; he brought clarity to them. He framed the big picture, and took the time to explain with so much patience. He treated everyone with so much respect and thoughtfulness. He cared about his work but most of all, cared about the people around him.
Varun was also a mentor. He noticed effort, and celebrated achievements. He believed in people—he believed in us. He had a gift of recognizing your core being.
We remember his relentless drive and his kindness in equal measure. We remember the way he showed the optimism he brought when the path seemed narrow. We remember how he made time—to listen, for problem-solving, for a word of encouragement—no matter how busy things became.
Varun, thank you for the example you set and the lives you touched. We will honor you by carrying forward your standards, your generosity, and your courage.

Varun, a truly polite and gentle person whose presence brightened everyday moments. We would greet each other in the hallway, the elevator, the kitchen—simple exchanges that always felt sincere. I’ll always remember the day we walked together toward the library before going our separate ways home. Even in those small moments, his kindness and calm energy always came through.

He worked with real passion. During our Hackathon sessions, we spent time discussing agents, MCP servers, and the challenges in our projects. Those conversations showed how thoughtful, dedicated, and quietly strong he was. He didn’t speak loudly, but his commitment and inner drive were unmistakable.

Varun was an enthusiastic co-worker and an exceptional human being. What made him truly special was his calm wisdom, his humility, and the way he brought people together. He had a remarkable ability to break down problems, listen deeply, and inspire confidence in everyone around him.
