My father was a real trouper. He and his wife left China to start their new life in Taiwan. No money, he was empty-handed and worked extremely hard to raise 8 children while the economy was poor back then. My father held an advanced education which many people looked up to him for his wisdom. I have always dreamed about following in his footsteps from his career inspiration. Though I am not as successful as he was, he taught me the value of honesty, integrity and dignity. Dad, your presence will be deeply missed, may your soul rest in eternal peace. I love you. - Helen
