“Grammy” Shay Brewer, 66 of San Bruno, passed peacefully at home on the evening of April 25, 2016 with her loving husband and son at her bedside. She was born on June 12, 1949 in Bakersfield, CA to Mabel and Levi “Shorty” O’Neal.S Read Obituary
