I so often had lovely moments chatting with Peter during receptions for his wife Jenny's art exhibits. He admired and supported her excellent painting career. I loved his good humor and big wonderful smile. He was such a positive person and it was good to be in his company.
I knew Peter through Scott. We played golf often when he was visiting Scott in Maryland or he would sometimes come to Las Vegas when we were out for a trade show and we would get in a round. None of us were very good at golf but I remember a round in Las Vegas where we were all playing bad. On one hole Peter hit his best shot of the day, unfortunately he it at the wrong hole. We had a good laugh over beers after the round. As always I could tell that Peter was someone who thoroughly enjoyed life and did not care if he played golf well or poorly. He just enjoyed being out there.
