I met Mei-Ling in Fanny Ara?s Flamenco class. I remember she walked in class with a disarmingly child-like, warm and beautiful smile. Later on, I realized she was a mother of two and not the young woman I thought her to be. We became friends over time. After dance class, we liked to stay behind to chat or having tea with the other students in the class. We are all bound by the love for Flamenco. In my heart, she is the little sister I don?t have. I hoped and believed she would overcome the illness. I thought we have much more time to be together, laughing, checking out good restaurants, and care freely chatting about whatever came to mind. Sadly it was not meant to be, God wanted her beautiful soul in heaven. Rest in peace Mei-Ling; you will forever live in my heart. Wen.
