We were greatly saddened upon learning of JoAnn’s passing. JoAnn, Carl, and I were classmates at Pacific University, beginning in 1956, to her recent death. JoAnn was a very precious friend. Even tho we seldom saw each other it was like we’d never been apart when we got together. She was a hard worker & exceled in all she did. She was honest, loyal, caring, generous & loving. She gave of herself to others.When life would deal her a hard blow she would use it to benefit others by starting or working in organizations to help others dealing with the same issues. She made my high school & college days alot of fun.She was always encouraging and helpful. I did not know of her passing until today and I will miss her terribly. I loved her dearly as she was a very special part of my life. We will pray for you, Kris, and the kids as you adjust to life without your dear one.
