Hisook Hall's Obituary
Nina Hi-Sook Hall of San Francisco, CA died Friday, October 9, 2009 at Saint Francis Hospital after suffering a stroke and a short time on life support. Nina was born in South Korea on May 27, 1928. Nina loved animals, gardening and talking with everyone she came in contact with. She emigrated to the US at an early age, married her late husband, Mr. Charles Hall, a decorated two-star General in the Korean War, and lived in San Francisco. Nina loved the outdoors and nature, frequently taking walks through McLaren Park or her neighborhood where she made many friends. Nina is survived by her brother, Bok-Chin Choi, her sister-in-law, Susan Choi, her nephews, Sung and David Choi, and family members in South Korea. The funeral service will be held at 10:00am, October 15, 2009 at The Lifemark Center at Skylawn Memorial Park Highway 92 at Skyline Boulevard, San Mateo, CA 94402.
