Haroutioun "Harold" Isaac's Obituary
Haroutioun (Harold) Isaac of San Mateo, aged 78, passed away at Peninsula Hospital in Burlingame on May 26, 2024.
Harold was born in 1946 in Beirut, Lebanon to Sahag & Marie Ishac. He attended St. Gregoire Catholic School and Djemaran High School in Beirut. He emigrated to the US in 1969 to pursue higher education. He attended San Franciso State University where he studied Psychology.
Harold was married to Sonia and together they raised a daughter Tania and a son Sevan.
Harold was a master cobbler for the last 40 years, beloved by his loyal customers.
Harold is survived by his wife, Sonia; his daughter Tania and son-in-law Andrew; his son Sevan and daughter-in-law Lori; his grandchildren, Armen and Vana; and his siblings Levon, Aznive, and Zaven.
A service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at noon at Skylawn Funeral Home in San Mateo.
