Zhengui Mi's Obituary
Zhengui Mi, aged 79, of San Mateo died at Mills-Peninsula Hospital on September 14, 2012, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 24, 1933 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, China, to parents Gengyun Mi and Yu-an Gao. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He had worked as a principal electrical engineer for 40 years. He and Zunqiao Wang married August 6, 1955 In Shanghai, together they enjoyed 57 wonderful years. After his retirement, Zhengui Mi and his wife had lived in Boston and San Mateo. He enjoyed his time with children and grandchildren nearby. Zhengui Mi is survived by wife Zunqiao Wang Mi, son Jason (Jenny) Mi and daughter Jaclyn Mi (Gerd) Schickhofer. He is also survived by granddaughters Ellen and Emily Mi and grandsons Valentin and Alexander Schickhofer. A funeral service will be held at Skylawn Funeral Home (Highway 92 and Skyline Blvd. San Mateo, CA 94402) on Sept. 19, 2012 at 12:30 PM. Click here for Directions
