Your Mom was in my wedding as a bridesmaid on July 4th 1970, the year we graduated from Mary Star HS. She was kind, thoughtful, beautiful and compassionate. We all wore fresh daisies in our hair. We lost contact but when ever I think of her I put a smile on my face. My deepest sympathy, Victoria ( Vicki) Donner Abbatiello I know you will miss her, she’ll be in every sunset and every sunrise 🌅
Yvonne made a huge difference in Scott’s young life. I always remember her wonderful laugh, her energy , vitality and drive. A wonderful woman who gave me hope and a path forward when I needed it. She made a difference in the world of my little boy, always seeing him as an individual with abilities and potential. I wish you her family peace and my warmest thoughts as you remember her.
As my wife, Constance, indicated, our family shared many special memories with Yvonne and her family at holiday events, and particularly in costume. Sharing fun times with others was one of her greatest joys and we all learned from her example. We are truly sorry for her passing and wish that her daughters and her husband find comfort in the fact that so many people remember Yvonne so fondly.
I was so fortunate to know Yvonne when I was raising my boys on the Coastside who were the same ages as Lauren and Sprout. Yvonne was so much help to me in trying to find services for a special needs child. But more importantly we had SO MUCH FUN IN COSTUME together with our families. I feel I was so lucky to have had Yvonne and her family in my life. I will never forget her.
Yvonne was the best!! She was such a fun, loving, caring person who loved to help others. She was always a great role model for me, providing positivity and sound advice. I loved when she was around and I will miss her dearly. Rest peacefully.??
