Yuk Kuen "Raymond" Chan's Obituary
Yuk Kuen “Raymond” Chan, aged 78, resident of San Francisco, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019 in Walnut Creek, California.He was born on January 26, 1943 in Hong Kong. Throughout his life, he enjoyed many things. He had a great appreciation to learn about the history of the world, literature and of art. He had an enjoyment of swimming and traveling to new places. Not only did he like to adventure, but he enjoyed the company of his friends and family.He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis Chan; his two daughters, Addie and Susan Chan, his beloved granddaughter, Michelle Fong; and his son-in-law Joseph Chan.Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 10:30AM. His funeral service celebrating his life will follow at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude in the chapel and a memorial reception will follow at Mayflower restaurant (Hong Kong flower lounge) located at 51 Millbrae Ave, Millbrae, CA 94030.Flowers graciously declined.
