Yen Lin Jian's Obituary
YenLin Jian, resident of Walnut Creek, California, passed away on January 30th, 2020.
YenLin was born on August 5th, 1927, in Shandong, China. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, TsengFa Jian; her sister Shaolin Lee; her daughters, Carol Lee, Shirley Lee, and Carrie Jian; her sons, Tony Jian, Andy Jian, and Danny Jian; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
She started her undergraduate studies at Beijing University in 1949 and finished her Bachelor degree in Philosophy at Taiwan University. She taught high school and college math as her profession. She loved reading and children. Hanging out with kids was her most favorite thing in life.
Memorial service will be conducted at 11:30 am Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Skylawn Memorial Park in San Mateo, California.
