I have only worked with Bill for a short time but during that period at James Caccia Plumbing, I learned a lot of things from him about plumbing. You can tell that he is an expert in his field. Bill has always a lot of stories to tell, one of which is the time when he used to be a musician. We would surely miss him. May his soul rest in peace… Deng M
Bill was a very interesting character. Never at a loss for words. I worked with him at James Caccia Plumbing and he would get there early as I would and knock on the window by my desk and scare me out of my wits at 6:00 a.m. and and get a good laugh every time! My grandson, Chase (4 years old), was particularly fond of him, Bill was his buddy. Whenever Chase was in the office and it was lunch time, he would take it into Bill’s office and eat with him. They had a special relationship regardless of the age difference! Dawn K
