It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. William Chieu Tse on August 29, 2023. He was 99 years old. Mr. Chen was born in China and is survived by his son, Henry and daughter, Karen.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402.
