Warren Yee Suen's Obituary
Warren Y. Suen died peacefully after a lengthy treatment of dialysis. He was born in San Francisco to parents Ruby and Ben. His brothers were Lawrence, Felton and Winston.Growing up was a very difficult time for him. So he enlisted in the US Navy at age 17. He was sent to the WWII Okinawan invasion and luckily survived. After serving 4 years he married Rose (for 66 years) and raised a family of sons, Richard (Esther), Gary and Michael and were proud of his sons and Daughter-in-law. He left behind many nieces and nephews and their families.He worked as a Gardner for the City of San Francisco for 30 years. He was very fond of fishing and also enjoyed going to Giants games.He and his wife did a lot of traveling around the world and met many people along the way.A Life Celebration will be held at Skylawn Memorial Park, 100 Lifemark Rd., San Mateo on June 11, 2016 at 10:00 am. Lunch will be served after the ceremony in The Vista Room.Flowers are NOT accepted, please donate to your favorite charity.
