Virginia Scott's Obituary
Virginia Lorraine Scott, a long time resident of San Carlos, CA, died November 7, 2014. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Howard Raymond Scott, and her brother Warren Breitenbuecher. Virginia will be missed by her sisters Delores Merrill and Gayle Anderson both in Utah; her daughters Linda Medeiros of Fremont, CA and Jan Weldon of Redwood City, CA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She graduated from Mission High School in San Francisco, CA in 1943. Along with her husband, Virginia was active in social, ballroom, and square dancing groups. After her retirement from Western Gold and Platinum Co. she became active in such organizations as Young Matrons, NOW and Peninsula Quilters Virginia was loved by many family members and long-time friends. She will be sorely missed by all. A public service is not planned.
