“Vilma Margarita Amaya, 81, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2022
surrounded by loved ones.
She is survived by many loving family members, including her three children, Claudia, Eduardo and Mario and grandchildren, Alejandra, Andres, Andrea, Maya, Iseah and Antonio.
Vilma was born in El Salvador on May 22, 1941, the fourth of ten children to Adrian and Margarita Amaya.
She left her home country for California in 1978 to carve out a new life for her and her children.
She was a strong hard working woman who faced every challenge in life with faith, courage and dignity.
Was kind, caring, giving and will forever live in our hearts.”
Services are being held at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park on Tues. December 13, 2022 at 11:00 am with the burial to follow.
