On the evening of March 28, 2016, TOAN TRAN, residence of Fremont CA, passed away peacefully of natural causes. Toan was being comforted by family members at the time of passing. Toan was 96 years old.Toan was born in China, he is lovingly remembered by his wife, Xiem Phu; He is survived by his daughter, Le Chan, his son, Leon Chan; He also leaves behind his daughter-in-law, Sharon Chen and two grandchildren.The visitation is from 1:00PM until 4:00PM on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Skylawn memorial park Funeral home, 10600 Skyline Blvd. San Mateo CA.94402. The family is grateful for the condolences.
