I would see Uncle often on the weekends when I was young, either at Golden Coffee or at his home. I would like to consider myself a veteran visitor of Golden Coffee. Sitting at the counter top and watching Uncle work his magic, serving happiness on a plate. My favorite was the scramble egg and beef over rice.
