Therese Lu's Obituary
Therese Ting Lu, 74, of Foster City, passed away on February 25, 2020. She was born in Guiyang, China, on October 25, 1945. Therese graduated from San Francisco State University. She was married to H.K. Lu. She had a career as a customs broker for Great World Customs Service. Never to be satisfied with just one job, she was also a real estate broker, high school teacher, and public notary. However perhaps what she is known best for is offering free airport shuttle service to friends and acquaintances regardless of time or day. Therese had a passion for flying. We know that she is now soaring freely above the clouds. Therese is survived by her brothers, Peter and John Ting, as well as four nephews and two goddaughters.
Funeral service will be held at Skylawn Funeral Home, Highway 92 at Skyline Boulevard, San Mateo, CA 94402 on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 1pm.
