It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ms.Shaoping Guan, age 86 and a resident of Oakland, CA. She was born on July 24, 1935.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402 Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park is requesting that all guests wear masks while on our property.
