Shaolun Wu's Obituary
Shaolun Wu, of San Jose and Beijing, China, went to his heavenly home on
Wednesday, November 30, 2022. He passed away peacefully in Good Samaritan
Hospital, surrounded by his family, after an unexpected illness. He was a loving and
devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Shaolun lived a faithful and
fruitful life by loving his family. He was a gentle, kind, and humble person, and one of
the most generous, diligent, loving, and caring people one would ever meet.
Shaolun was born in Tianjin, China on December 15, 1935. In 2016, he and his wife,
Xiuqin Li, moved to the Bay Area and reunioned with his Daughter’s family to enjoy the
lives in his senior years. He started his career in human resource management. He
received many promotions and different significant honors throughout his career. When
he retired in 2002, he was the Human Resource Director in one of the top world-class
universities in China.
Shaolun is survived by his wife Xiuqin Li, daughter Qiong Wu (husband Shuo Wang,
son Alexander Wang).
Funeral arrangements for Shaolun Wu have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn
Funeral Home & Memorial Park. Private Service will be on December 8th, 2022 at
10:00am at Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., Sam
Mateo, CA 94402.
先⽗吴绍伦于2022 年11 ⽉30 ⽇下午五时安详病逝于Good Samaritan Hospital。⽣于
1935 年12 ⽉15 ⽇（农历⼗⽉初⼗），享年86 岁。爱妻李秀琴，爱⼥吴琼，爱婿王
硕，隨侍在側，亲⾃含殓尊礼成服。他是⼀位敬爱的丈夫，是⼀位慈祥和蔼的⽗亲。他的
⼀⽣，为⼈正直、忠厚善良、勤俭节约、谦虚谨慎、为⼈和蔼、与⼈为善。 在他45 年的
⼯作期间，他都是兢兢业业、勤勤恳恳、任劳任怨。⽆论在什么岗位，他总是⼀⼼扑在⼯
作和事业上，敬业爱岗，默默奉献。退休之后，2016 年，先⽗和⺟亲来美和⼥⼉⼀家团
聚，共享天伦。
他对待家⼈、弟兄姊妹、还有朋友谦和有礼、和平溫柔、爱⼼待⼈，他以⼀颗包容与感恩
的⼼去对待身边的每⼀⼈。⽗亲的⼀⽣是平凡⽽普通的，他平凡⽽伟⼤的⼈格确将永远留
在我们的⼼中。
