I have, and always will, think of you whenever I see a baby grand piano. As a child I was mesmerized by your ability to play any song on request (with no sheet music) even songs we just made up. But you were always more than my gifted and musical Aunt you were my traveling Aunt with amazing stories, my fun Aunt who was always ready to play games. My Aunt who always took time to sit down quietly with me and ask whats new in my life, and I knew you were truly interested, listening and taking in every word.
You and Uncle Shelly were so much fun to travel to on our family visits and vacations. Whether it was Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia or eventually California it was always exciting to come visit. Years later when I told you I met Jacki you insisted that Palo Alto was a great place to visit, so we made California the destination of our first vacation together. When we arrived you and Uncle Shelly welcomed my new girlfriend into your home and into your hearts. Then years later when we came back with our boys, on their first Cailfornia vacation, you were again the most warm & loving hosts .You made sure we and the boys had an amazing trip. Whether it was visiting National parks or exploring San Francisco it was always a grand adventure.
I will miss my "Musical Aunt" but the fond memories of the times we shared, the laughs we shared and the special quiet moments catching up on life that we shared will always be remembered forever with love ❤️. Rest in peace and may your memory be a blessing.
