Sami F Dahbour's Obituary
Sami Farid Dahbour died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday May 16, 2018. He is preceded in death by his brother Samir Dahbour.Sami was born in Jerusalem on June 8th 1949 to Farid and Georgette Dahbour. He was the second of eight children. When his father passed away, Sami stepped in, as a father figure, helping his mom with her heavy load. He got married on October 31, 1971 in Jerusalem. He is survived by his beloved wife of 46 years, Mary, his children, Mirna (Beshara), Farid (Nada), and Mirav (Jorge). Sami will also be fondly remembered by his nine grandchildren, Aleana, Adrienne, Andrew, Aitana, Sammy, Marykate, Sami, Jaden and Mary. He also survived by his brothers George and Simon, and sisters Tarez, Mary, Samira, Rima and their families,he is also survived by his late brother Samir’s family. Sami Dahbour loved life and was extremely passionate about his family. He was an industrious person who provided well for his family ensuring a comfortable lifestyle. He was ever ready to help those in need. He will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather, and a kind and generous man by countless family and friends. Sami will be deeply cherished and remembered for his bubbly personality, positive attitude, carefree lifestyle, integrity, loyalty, selflessness and compassion. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
