Sai Kwan Wong passed away peacefully at home in San Ramon, California on November 27, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Skylawn Memorial Park, and will take place on December 12,2024 at 12pm until 2pm. She will be laid to rest in a burial service to follow.
