Dinner party we hosted at his Mom's house one evening. Theo insisted on preparing all the food so imagine my shock when the menu was 2 packages of Ramen noodles for 4 people with celery sticks and cheese as appetizers. I was embarrassed but we pulled off the evening with grace and laughter. I slipped our guests some money to stop for fast food on their way home!! I will always love Theo...I hope he knew that. Not too many days go by that I don't think of him and our daughter, Sarah, who will finally meet in heaven.
