I was my Uncle Rich’s helper at the Colonial Nursery from the time I was about 12 to about 15. I loved that Nursery and, Uncle Rich taught me many lessons during those years. My favorite time was Christmas, I liked decorating wreaths and setting up the Christmas trees on metal poles. Springtime was next best with flowers of all kinds for sale. Uncle Rich never let anyone talk down to me. I remember pasta dinners at St Anthony’s Church basement on certain occasions which were fun for me when I was a child. So, I’ll say. We’ll Miss you Uncle Rich. And, God Bless.
