Richard Edmond Blouin's Obituary
With great sadness, Richard “Rusty” Edmund Blouin passed away on the evening of June 27, 2015 at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Walnut Creek, California. His death was caused by complications from pancreatic cancer. Rusty had been closely cared for by his dear friends Richard and Dee Anderson. Rusty is survived by his brother Rod W Blouin , nephew Curtis Roan Blouin, cousin Debbie Gieger Liberatore, cousin Karen Geiger Sargent and aunt Norma Geiger Overstreet. Rusty was born in Chicago, attended grammar school in Memphis, Tennessee and Bayonne, New Jersey, and Redwood City, California. He graduated from San Carlos High and the College of San Mateo in California. Rusty’s residence at the time of death was in Oakley, California. Rusty’s careers included working in the San Francisco Bay area electronics field and as a carpenter in Marin County, California. The funeral will be on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 1:30 PM at Skylawn Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Rte. 35, San Mateo, CA 94402, 650-349-4411. All family and friends are welcome to attend the funeral and should gather at Skylawn’s reception area at 1:30 PM.
