Quincy T. Howard, 81 years young, was born on December 21, 1936 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was called home to the Lord on Saturday, November 10, 2018.Quincy served his country for over 20 years in the United States Air Force. He was stationed across the world like Osan, Korea; Bay of Pigs, Cuba; and SHAPE HQ, Belgium. When he came back to the states he was stationed in California, Virginia, and finally Texas. Upon retiring from the military, he started his second career in property management as a building manager of a skyscraper in downtown San Francisco for over 22 years.After his second retirement, Quincy started focusing on his true passions and hobbies; traveling, collecting black art, playing chess, bowling, and gambling.He is survived by sister Annie Lee Ketchens (John – [deceased]); daughters Roxanne Maria Howard-Adams (Stanley), and Loreatha Lynn Lewis (Steve); and son Quincy Jerome Howard (Melinda); 3 granddaughters; Panesha Murphy, Olivia Hill, and Sydney Howard, great-grandchildren, nephews, other relatives and friends.
