Mr. Qi Chang Chen was born in China to Ruichu Chen and Chunxiu Li. A devoted father and widower, he is survived by his son, Song Chen, and his daughter, Dong Ling Chen. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, enduring kindness, and the deep care he showed to those around him.
