Philip Whitwam's Obituary
Born May 23, 1945 in San Mateo, CA, and life long resident of San Carlos, passed away February 5, 2012 at the age of 66. Predeceased by his father, Philip Whitwam Sr., mother Enid Whitwam and sister Vonnie Wilson. Phil leaves behind many close and cherished friends, his niece Wendy McDonald (Mike, Drew and Zachary), nephew Les Wilson (Dawn, Colin and Allison) and brother in-law Les Wilson Sr. Phil graduated from Carlmont High School, attended San Mateo Community College and is a veteran of the US Navy. Phil worked in the shipping and receiving department for Wesgo-Morgan Technical Ceramics for many years. He previously worked for Varian and Eimac in the same capacity. Phil also worked for Herman Christensen and Sons ' Property Management Company.. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service and reception following, Friday, February 10, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Skylawn-Lifemark Center Highway 92 and Skyline Blvd. San Mateo, CA.
