Patrick Young Chung, 37, of San Carlos, passed away on October 1, 2019. He was born in South Korea, on March 13, 1982. He’d spent his childhood in Honolulu, HI and resided in San Carlos, California. He is survived by Dae Hwa Chung (father), Sunny Chung (mother), Charles Chung (brother), Victor Chung (brother), Jinhee Chung (sister in law), Shieny Chung (sister in law). Limited viewing is allowed strictly at 1.00-1.30pm on October 4, 2019.
