Patricia Duffy's Obituary
Patricia passed away at Kaiser Hospital, in Redwood City on August 2, 2013, after several years of declining health.She was born in San Francisco on December 10, 1939 and lived there until moving to Redwood City in her early teens. She graduated from Sequoia High School and worked many years in local medical offices where her skill in bookkeeping and knowledge of medical insurance procedures was always in demand.Patricia was preceded in death by her mother Helen (Firpo) Chandler and her father Harold Chandler, who as a fighter pilot in WWII was killed in action over Germany when she was only 4 years old. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Franklin and devoted caregiver Nancy Barajas as well as cousins John, Steven, David and Robert Rusconi.A Rosary will be held at St Matthias at 8:00PM on Friday, August 9, and a Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Matthias Catholic Church (1685 Cordilleras Road, Redwood City) on Saturday August 10 at 11:00PM. Interment to follow at Skylawn Memorial Park.
