Olga Irene Bell's Obituary
Olga Irene Bell, 101, of Louisville, CO, died September 19, 2012 at Balfour Assisted Living Center. She was born November 1, 1910 in Widnes, England to Denton and Violet (Thompson) Sherlock. On July 18, 1933 she married her best friend and the love of her life Roy Johnston Bell in Los Angeles, CA. Olga was first and foremost a wife and mother, taking care of, cooking and sewing for her family. She was a member of Job's Daughters and of Eastern Star. She was loved dearly for her kind heart and delightful personality and will be missed not only by her family and friends but also the staff at Balfour. She is survived by her daughter Linda (Kenneth) Wanamaker of Broomfield CO, five grandchildren Kim (Brad) Oliver of Boise, ID, Karen (Chad) Enney of Broomfield, CO, Roy (Marie) Wanamaker of Houston, TX, Michael (Denise) Shannon and Bobby Shannon of Canyon Country, CA and 6 great grandchildren. She is further survived by her nephew Bob Peak of Grants Pass, OR. Preceding Olga in death were her parents, her husband in 2001, her brothers Les and Ronald Sherlock and her niece Diana ShannonVisitation has been held. No local services will be held.
