Mrs. Oi Chun Chan Fung's Obituary
San Francisco, CA — Oi Chun C. Fung, age 92, entered Heaven’s gates on July 14, 2015 in Minnesota, where she resided for the past six years. Born and spent most of her life in Hong Kong until 1981. She married the late Yung Cheung Fung for sixty years, She was a devoted Christian since she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior in her twenties. She brought her children and many people to Christ. Her genuine caring personality shined forth. A loving mother and the Matriarch of the family. She is survived by five children, Anna Lee of CA (Mike Lee), Samuel Fung of Oregon (Diana Bordner), Simon Fung of Minnesota (Julia Liu), Katherine Surya of Hong Kong (Charles Surya) and Frances Leung of New Jersey (Larry Leung), thirteen grandchildren and recently a great grand son was added to the family. She enjoyed reading, especially the Bible. She loved friends and her humor has touched people of all ages. Her beautiful Chinese Calligraphy was admired and praised by her elders and peers. She was a good swimmer and loved to travel many places all over the world in earlier years. Service is set for July 18, 2015, Saturday at 2:00p.m. At Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo.
