Noël grew up in San Francisco’s vibrant North Beach neighborhood, where she formed a deep connection with the city's diverse culture and iconic landmarks, particularly Coit Tower. Her love for her hometown was rivalled only by her passion for cooking, with stuffed zucchini and fresh pesto being some of her signature dishes. She also taught each of her children how to cook. A resident of San Bruno for nearly seven decades, she took immense pride in maintaining her home and was actively interested in city government and local events.
She is remembered as a resilient and loving mother who instilled values of integrity and independence in her children. Noël leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication through her family, including her children, Kevin, Stephen, and Rochelle, along with their respective partners, Monita, Fernanda and Jeff. Her grandchildren, Jarod, Ashley, Christopher, Stephanie, Stephan, and Alexander, as well as her great-grandchildren, Aria, Julian, Emma, and Aubrey, will cherish her memory, along with many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held to honor Noël’s life on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Skylawn Memorial Park, off of Highway 92 in San Mateo, followed by a reception on site.
