Ninfa M. Melliza, 88 years old, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in South San Francisco.She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and 2 sons. She is survived by her doting husband, 8 children, 7 children in-law, 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.Ninfa was born in Iloilo City, Philippines on March 23, 1925. She was united in marriage to Efrain Melliza Sr. for 68 years. From Iloilo, they moved to Pasig City to raise their children. In their golden years, they migrated to California with 4 of their children. She was a faithful wife and devoted mother. A stay at home mom, her life revolved entirely around her family. Aside from raising 9 children, she also nurtured some of her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a strong-willed woman, a no-nonsense mother and a generous grandmother.We will keep you alive in our hearts. We love you so much!
