It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ngwon Yee Chen, 92 on January 7, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Gwat Lan Chen, son, Stanley Chen and daughter, Anne Chen and many other family members. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Skylawn Funeral Home & Memorial Park, Hwy 92 at Skyline Blvd., San Mateo, CA 94402.
