Nelson Basil Smith was born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 19th, 1925 to Deaven and Virginia. He passed away in Washington on August 2nd 2013. He is survived by his loving family and will be sorely missed by all.Services to honor Nelson will be held at his final resting place on Thursday, August 15th at 2:00pm at Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo, California.
