Dr. Hafeez was a wonderful and valued supervisor and veterinarian in the Dallas District, USDA FSIS. Dr. Hafeez was always so loyal and so positive. He was happy to do anything that FSIS asked of him. I always enjoyed my conversations and visits with Dr. Hafeez. I miss you Dr. Hafeez! Our meetings will not be the same without you! May God bless your family and bring them comfort during this sorrowful time.
I worked with him in Amarillo the last week he was always smiling and happy even though he was in pain, He always thanked me for any help I gave him. It was an honor to work with him he will be gratly missed

My heartfelt condolences extend to Muhammad's children and spouse. Although Muhammad was a direct report supervisor, I considered a friend, and close colleague. He was a humble, kind, gentlemen. He managed his circuit with an occasional sternness, but the sternness was deliberative and needed to handle the situation.
When I visited Amarillo and toured his circuit with him, he always talked about his children. His conversations expressed love, joy, happiness, and pride. He was proud of his children and their accomplishments. He talked about each one with exuberance and pride.

I never met Dr. Hafeez in person, but I knew him by emails. He was soon to be my Front Line Supervisor in Amarillo, TX. I was looking forward to meet him next month. He was such a pleasant person and I am forever grateful that he had faith in me. I'm truly sorry to hear this news and I am praying for his family.

Bring my father’s younger brother, I remember uncle Zahid as a person of integrity, faith and in blatant disregard to critics. He always stood out for his extended family members. As a young teenager back in 80’s , he used to visit us in Pakistan sometimes to meet his folks or attend marriage ceremonies and wear his US Navy uniform which made stand out in the crowd. Uncle Zahid was always proud of his accomplishments and resilience in face of adversity. My last memory of uncle Zahid goes back to 2001 when he picked me up in Chicago on his way to Detroit to meet uncle Abid. A fun trip with lots of giggles! May he RIP and Allah grant him with the best of best in heavens. You will always be missed.
My sweet Abu I will always be your little humi. Thank you for all the constant unconditional love and support. My heart is at peace knowing you are no longer in pain but I will miss you dearly. I will miss everything about you and now that I can’t hug you breaks me but knowing you you will always be a part of me will keep me going. I love you forever my sweet Abu.
I moved to Dallas in 2012 and Dr. Hafeez was one of the first Supervisors in the field with whom I worked. I always enjoyed my trips to Amarillo to travel with him. He had such great responsibilities there over seeing and supervising the important work of a huge number FSIS veterinarians and inspectors in the Amarillo circuit. He met all his challenges head-on and worked hard for the best outcome. I also remember his bout with his blood cancer and my wife, Kathy, a stem cell survivor, giving Dr. Hafeez encouragement for which he showed extreme gratitude during and after those times. I am heart broken for his family and friends and many acquaintances. Kathy and I send our sympathy and prayers.

Abu, you were my biggest cheerleader. You truly believed that I could do anything I wanted to do in my life and you always supported and pushed me. You never had any doubts when it came to pursuing my dreams. I am so lucky and blessed to have had a father like you. I met Dr. Hafeez in Dallas around the time he moved to Amarillo. Dr. Hafeez was always in a good mood, pleasant to talk with, and had a great personality. Dr. Hafez had a big heart, he always tried to help with problems I had at work and would occasionally share wise thoughts about issues away from work. Dr. Hafeez was a good colleague, and I will miss his company. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time.
