Miriam was a wonderful mother. Even during the last three years when she had Alzheimers she often thanked me for little things I did for her. She loved having flowers on the table or a pat on the hand or having her food warmed up, and she had a gift for expressing gratitude. I think of her artistic ability that way; she showed us what she loved. Flowers, mountains, bridges, lakes, people. It was startling how few pictures there were where she was actually in the picture. She was always taking care of other people, looking after their needs, taking pictures of them. And she had so much dignity. I feel lucky to have helped with her care the last few years. I learned to love her more than ever. Please join me in praying for her. Peace and love, Mom.##imported-begin##Subhana Ansari##imported-end##
