Michael Gonzales Lacap's Obituary
Michael Gonzales Lacap was born in Quezon City, Philippines on June 15th 1971. Before he could drive, Michael enjoyed going fast on horses. He was a confident and skilled rider, then one of DeRossa’s best young talents. He also showed interest in vehicles at a young age as he was frequently found in the family garage tinkering on anything mechanical. This passion for vehicles stayed with Michael throughout his life. He graduated grade school from Marist school in Marikina and moved to Montreal in 1985. French became his new language spending time in the French school system until the 10th grade. In 1987 he moved to San Francisco and attended Archbishop Riordan High School. Michael graduated with honors in French, he finished at the top of his class in the language. He continued his education at Chabot and Skyline College. The winter of 1999 was a proud year for Michael; he started a family and had his first son, Brandon. Michael continued to work and excel throughout different careers with companies such as Equinox and Rapid Displays Inc. He cherished all the friendships he made. Michael leaves four sons – Brandon, Jaiden, Ethan-Jacob, and Killian-Ceasare.
