IN LOVING MEMORY OF MAXWELL EDDINGS VINCENT June 17, 1997 to January 20, 2018 Our beloved and beautiful son Maxwell Vincent (Max) sadly passed away on January 20, 2018 in a single car accident just North of Stage Road on Highway 1 in San Mateo County.Max was born on June 17, 1997 in Burlingame, California. The family moved to Millwood, NY in 2001 and returned to California to live in Moss Beach in August of 2007. They moved to their current residence in San Gregorio in 2009, and their small farm was Max’s primary residence at the time of his passing.Max was a loving son, brother, and family member. He is survived by his parents Kristine Agnes Maxwell-Vincent and Charles E. Vincent, Jr., his brother Henry, his Grandmother Elisabeth Maxwell, Grandmother Louise and Step Grandfather Jerry Burt, his many loving Uncles and Aunts: Rick and Ali Maxwell, Walter and Jackie Maxwell, and Denyse Hollingsworth. Max loved his cousins: Royce, Jolie, and Hattie Maxwell, and Katie Dean. He had a large extended family whom he loved deeply. Max was preceded in death by his Grandfathers Richard D. Maxwell, Charles E. Vincent, Sr., his Great Uncle Hugo Benschop and Cousin Clay Free.Max had a great appreciation for the beauty of the coast side, a lifelong love of nature, and a tremendous artistic ability with emphasis on fashion design. Max was traveling to Italy this summer, and was planning to enroll in The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City this coming fall. He was incredibly bright, kind, sensitive, and creative and he will be profoundly missed. Max’s life was full of direction and promise.Max was a dedicated, hardworking employee of Philz Coffee in San Mateo, and had also held jobs at Chez Shea Café, BK Motors in Half Moon Bay, Autobahn Motors in Belmont and Alice’s Restaurant in Woodside.Max was a loyal friend to many young people in the community, and created deep relationships with his co-workers. Max was very deliberate in his choice of friends, and held those friendships in the highest regard.The family is asking that in lieu of flowers anyone wishing to donate in Max’s name to please donate to The San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park at www.conservatoryofflowers.org.The family would also like to express our thanks for the outpouring of support for us during this difficult time.
