Mary F. Benn's Obituary
Mary F. Furtch-Benn was born in Bonham Texas on August 22, 1924 to the union of Frank Furtch Sr and Bertha Bogar-Furtch.
The family moved to Muskogee Oklahoma in 1928 where Mary spent her childhood and graduated from Manual Training High School in 1943. In 1945 when Mary was just 21 years old her family moved to California. Mary worked and eventually retired from UC after 32 years.
Mary leaves to mourn her sister Luvella Dennis, brother Frank Furtch Jr. (Evelyn Furtch), sister-in-law Maxine Furtch, godson James Roberts (Bettie Roberts) four nephews Michael, Anthony, Stanley and Alonzo Furtch, two nieces Gale and Angela, a host of great, great, great, great, great nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death: her Mother and Father Bertha and Frank Sr., brother Robert Furtch, three nieces, two nephews and one great nephew.
