Marvin Cary Weinstat, DMD's Obituary
Marvin C Weinstat passed away on July 12, 2021, at the age of 82. He was born in New York on July 23, 1938 to his parents Samuel and Celia Weinstat.
Marvin graduated from Tuffs University in 1964. He proudly served in the US Army as a Major for one year in South Korea and then three years in Germany. After his honorable discharge in 1972, he opened his dental practice in San Francisco till retiring in 2013.
Marvin enjoyed traveling, reading and having a good meal. He was fond of discussing topics related to chemistry and mathematics. He was a kind and generous soul, often providing free dental care and education to people in need.
Marvin is survived by his loving wife Maria Weinstat, stepson Sheldon Zhang, stepdaughter Yaqin Zhang, sister Phyllis Lacs and two nephews.
Marvin was loved and will be missed by family and friends.
