Mariko Miyasaki's Obituary
Mariko Miyasaki was born in Japan on September 21, 1934. She was a part time hair dresser and homemaker residing with her husband of 38 years in San Mateo.Mariko spent a lot of time gardening and especially loved orchids. She traveled the world with her beloved husband. She and her husband would frequently visit the nearby Casinos but was most fond of the Red Hawk Casino.She also played a great game of golf and would frequently enjoy line dancing at the Central Park Senior Center with her girlfriends.She was an active member of the San Mateo Buddhist Temple and and enjoyed her afternoons having lunch with friends.Mariko passed away on Friday December 24, 2014 in San Mateo, California.Mariko is survived by her husband, George Miyasaki and her brother Takeshi Fujimura.Services will be held at Skylawn Memorial Park on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 10:30am in the Pacific Chapel
