Maria Rodil Ponferrada's Obituary
Maria Rodil Ponferrada, 96, returned to her heavenly home on May 18, 2018 after a valiant battle with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and dementia. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.Maria is survived by her children Donato R. Ponferrada, Maria Fe R. Ponferrada, and Cesar R. Ponferrada; her grandchildren Jeffrey C. Ponferrada, Donna Marie G. Ponferrada, Millicent Joyce C. Ponferrada, and Ronald Christopher G. Ponferrada; her great-grandchild Maceo S. Ponferrada; and her sister, Pioquinta R. Casco. Maria will be buried at Skylawn Memorial Park at 2:00 p.m. on May 25, 2018, with a reception to follow immediately after the burial service. The family gratefully appreciates your thoughtful and heartfelt prayers, condolences and memories.
