Maria A. Jara passed away at home in Union City on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the age of 91.She was born on August 15, 1927 in Villa Guerrero, Mexico to Bonifacio Garcia and Anastasia Lopez Castaneda.She was proceeded in death by her husband Rafael C. Jara. She is survived by their six children; Hector, Reynaldo, Ernestina, Jose, Ramon and Alejandro. Grandchildren, Alexandra, Elliot, Andrew, Antonio, Nicholas, Christopher and Nicholas Alejandro and her sister, Trinidad Escovedo.Viewing will begin at 5:00- 8:00 p.m. followed by a rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2019.Funeral Services will be held the following day Saturday, July 20 at 11:00 a.m. visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Burial services will follow at Skylawn Memorial Park.Her spirit and smile will be greatly missed but she will always remain in our hearts.
